FDM

  • 2 Fortus 400-class machines, capable of printing parts of up to 16″x14″x16″ as a single part. Larger parts can be broken up in CAD (a service we provide for free) and solvent welded in-house.   Print resolution on these machines can be 0.007″ (recommended for finer features), 0.010″ (default), or 0.013″ (generally reserved for very large parts). Print materials are ABS (default), ASA (typically used for better UV resistance on outdoor parts), PC (for structurally demanding parts), Nylon, PPSF (for use in thermally demanding applications due to its ~200C heat deflection temp), and Ultem (similar HDT to PPSF).
  • 3 Fortus 250 machines, capable of printing parts of 10″x10″x12″ as a single part, in ABS. Resolution here is similar to above: 0.007″, 0.010 (default), or 0.013″.
  • Threaded heat inserts of all sizes (standard and metric) generally kept in stock.
  • Most colors of ABS are kept in stock.
  • Rush service available, with 1-day turn service available upon request.

PolyJet

  • 2 Eden 333 machines, capable of printing parts of ~13″x13″x7.5″ as a single part. Print resolution here is 16um (approximately 0.0005″). This service is recommended for parts that need the smoothest, most aesthetic finish possible. The material (VeroWhite) is slightly brittle, and generally not recommended for structurally demanding applications as such.
  • Rush printing available; same day or next day service typically possible.
